Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Testing Senior Associate in the Regulatory External Data Services team to advance data quality and support external data filings.

You will develop and execute testing cases, maintain documentation, and collaborate with product owners, data owners, and developers to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Required experience includes 5+ years in testing or risk-related assessments, strong SQL, and familiarity with large datasets; experience with Databricks/Snowflake

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user acceptance testing or related field.
• Experience with database systems (Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SQL for complex queries on large datasets.
• Ability to analyze issues and communicate risks to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and communicate recommendations based on regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing activities, including planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including documenting results and drawing conclusions.
• Participate in business meetings and draft comprehensive final test summaries for alignment.
• Apply substantive testing techniques and maintain robust test artifacts.
• Adhere to firm standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to design and assess test cases.
• Develop and execute robust test scripts to identify weaknesses.
• Document test steps and results with clear justification.
• Maintain documentation for transparency and traceability.
• Automate testing procedures and explore AI tools in line with innovation.
