You will develop and execute testing cases, maintain documentation, and collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and data owners to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing, risk management assessment, control evaluations, or related field.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SQL (complex queries and large datasets).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop recommendations based on regulatory guidance and standards.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing activities, including planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including testing procedures and documenting results.
• Participate in business meetings with stakeholders and draft comprehensive final test summaries.
• Apply substantive testing techniques and critical thinking to identify issues.
• Collaborate with product owners to support test design and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute robust test scripts to identify weaknesses.
• Document test steps and results with justification for testing conclusions.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for transparency and traceability.
• Automate testing procedures where possible and explore AI tools aligned with innovation.
