Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a senior regulatory lawyer to advise on complex regulatory matters across the Americas. You will own regulatory workstreams, manage licensing and compliance obligations, and lead regulator engagements.

You will partner with legal, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to support scaling and entry into new markets, shaping fintech policy and ensuring ongoing compliance across the region.

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in fintech, law firms, or financial institutions.
