You will advise senior management on regulatory matters, participate in hearings, draft filings, and develop expertise in utility regulatory law while supporting one of the nation's largest energy providers.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Active State Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provides legal advice on complex issues and analyzes facts and law for litigation or regulatory actions.
• Represents the company in litigation, regulatory proceedings, investigations, and transactions.
• Ensures compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and reports material legal issues to senior management.
