• Associates degree with seven years of related experience.

• Provides oversight and management of MPC's compliance with safety regulatory requirements (PHMSA, FMCSA, USCG, EPA, OSHA).
• Maintains current knowledge of applicable regulations and enforcement trends.
• Develops and implements standards, guidelines and controls for regulatory requirements.
