ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee DOT regulatory compliance for interstate and intrastate natural gas transportation. You will manage pressure test records, maintain SharePoint workflows, and act as SME for PHMSA-related investigations.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, leading external inspections, and coordinating cross-departmental compliance efforts to ensure MAOP/MOP adherence and auditing outcomes across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred or 10+ years of related education and experience as described in the job posting.
• Experience with industry standards and CFR 49 Parts 192 & 195 governing pipeline safety.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections and developing training materials for operations teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Update and develop training materials and provide training to operations team members on compliance oversite, regulatory requirements and recordkeeping.
• Ensure employee and contractor training is verified and complete.
• Provide SME input interpreting regulations for operations, maintenance and emergency response documents related to pipeline safety regulations.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency and compliance with state/federal regulations; collaborate with other teams as needed.
• Analyze regulatory activities and documentation to assess compliance levels and recommend improvements.
