Job summary

Oracle Compliance is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead end-to-end intake of new compliance programs, including gap assessments and informing leadership on regulatory changes. You will help pioneer compliance automation to improve efficiency across Oracle Cloud products.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in audit program management and 4+ years in regulatory compliance, with strong analytical and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years audit program management experience (Big4 or mid-level firm).
• 4+ years as Regulatory Compliance Specialist or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake of new compliance and regulatory requests.
• Assess adoption viability and present recommendations to leadership.
• Perform gap assessments to validate Oracle Cloud product controls.
