Job summary

CVS Health’s Meritain Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support research, tracking, and reporting of regulatory matters. You’ll work with compliance managers and internal teams to produce timely, well-documented responses and maintain documentation and trackers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance/compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience required.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with internal/external partners.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance matters by gathering facts and summarizing findings
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting
• Maintain documentation and trackers that support compliance activities
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance managers on projects and priorities
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research
• Perform other duties as assigned
