Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
5+ years of banking or financial institutions experience.
Experience creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive regulatory compliance risk assessment, remediation, monitoring, research, interpretation, change management, education, and board and management reporting.
Utilize a consultative approach to assist financial services clients in developing and strengthening their compliance management system.
Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions for identifying regulatory gaps and associated risks.
Present information to the board of directors, audit or supervisory committee, management, and business lines.
Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing for federal consumer compliance regulations.
Lead client engagements and engagement teams as needed.
