DriveWealth is seeking a Sr Analytics Engineer for its RegTech team to architect and maintain a curated Regulatory Data Layer. You will build data marts and Sigma dashboards supporting CAT, EBS, trade monitoring, AML, and internal compliance monitoring.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Data Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into scalable data products, implement testing, and ensure accurate regulatory outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regulatory and Supervisory Data Layer: Architect, build, and maintain data marts and Sigma reports used for critical regulatory functions (e.g., CAT, EBS, trade monitoring, AML) and internal compliance supervisory monitoring, ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered quickly with robust testing.
• Translate Regulation to Data: Collaborate with business partners and Compliance to translate regulatory rules into analytics requirements and data flows for scalable data products.
• Support Ad-Hoc Inquiries and Regulatory Exams: Respond quickly to data requests and regulatory inquiries with precise analyses.
• Implement Controls and Quality: Lead data quality initiatives, perform UAT, address reporting anomalies, and establish best practices.
