Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an Acute Care Hospital Registrar II for the Troy hospital. This part-time role operates 11 p.m.–7:30 a.m., 28 hours weekly, with rotating weekends, supporting the Emergency Center and Patient Registration Troy - Corporate.

The ideal candidate will perform registrar duties in EPIC, collect demographics, verify insurance, and assist with scheduling while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to Corewell Health standards.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Registrar tasks and serve as expert resource for Registration staff.
• Register patients for each visit type via EPIC and document demographics and financial information.
• Assist with scheduling staff and manage work queues and project work.
