Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, competent care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy. You will provide professional leadership to the healthcare team and oversee staff under your supervision.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to standards, and service excellence within a high-performing hospital setting in Las Vegas. NV RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
