Position Purpose

The [Nurse Senior – Case Mgmt ] works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the [Unit/Dept] to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. FT/PT Benefit eligible Roles:

0.5 FTE (20 hours weekly) up to 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

Pay Range: $41.46 - $64.31

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
