Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: The Nurse Senior - Educator works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the IR/Cath Lab to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually. What You Will Do

Employment Type/Shift: FT/Days Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. Leads, delegates and serves as a mentor to others on the team. Provides formal and informal education for nurses and other health professionals/students.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State. Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred. Minimum [5] years of RN experience preferred.

Pay rate

Pay rate: $ 39.47 - $64.31 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
