Our client a prestigious Private Wealth Management firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is integral to supporting our high-net-worth clients and financial advisors by providing exceptional service, operational support, and account management. The ideal candidate must hold active Series 7 and 66 licenses and demonstrate strong attention to detail, client service expertise, and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and assisting with account-related requests.
  • Support financial advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio administration.
  • Process account transactions, including fund transfers, disbursements, trade execution, and account updates.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client review materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, custodians, and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless client service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives to support the growth and success of the advisory team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in a client service or operational role within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment.

Work Arrangement & Compensation:

  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office per week (Washington, DC location).
