This role focuses on delivering high-quality work on schedule while coordinating with authorities, clients, contractors, and vendors.

The position requires a Tennessee Architecture license, a B.S. degree in Architecture, and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in REVIT and strong project

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Architecture.
• Tennessee Architecture license.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, including municipal, K-12, and higher education facilities.
• Experience with State agencies and/or medical projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in REVIT is a must.
• Project management and marketing skills preferred.
• Experience in higher education, residential, commercial, mixed-use, and municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all technical aspects of design and project production.
• Coordinate with local authorities, clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project scope and ensure successful construction.
• Develop technical studies, designs, and written specifications.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure project completion within set parameters.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
