Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (required).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership and project management.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and initiate business development opportunities.
• Perform and check environmental engineering calculations.
• Interface with clients on projects and prepare proposals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality to achieve profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee production of project documents including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinate with subconsultants.
