Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Sr Regional Visual Manager to oversee visual merchandising across South Central and Carolinas. You will drive brand standards, coach district teams, and ensure a compelling in-store experience in 6–14 districts.

Remote work with travel supporting the brand across North America. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in high-volume retail, strong leadership and communication, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to create engaging merchandising

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Visual Merchandising experience.
• 6+ years multi-unit or high-volume retail leadership.
• Ability to execute company direction and brand strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising across 6-14 districts within the zone.
• Coach district and store teams to meet brand standards daily.
• Partner with district managers to drive brand strategy and sales.
• Conduct visual merchandising workshops and store visits.
• Ensure high quality customer experience through presentation standards.
