Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly store visits with Multi-Store Leaders to educate and coach on merchandising and visual presentation to drive sales.
• Create learning opportunities linking merchandising to sales performance.
• Drive adoption of digital merchandising and space planning tools at store level.
• Attend seasonal category strategy meetings and provide insights to corporate teams.
• Lead training programs for Multi-Store Leaders, Store and Assistant Managers to strengthen merchandising skills.
• Provide continual feedback and coaching to drive education and improvement in merchandising.
