Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in Norfolk seeks a Senior Planner to prepare plans and studies for NAVFAC addressing regional infrastructure investment requirements and strategies. You will develop plans such as Regional Integration Plans (RIPs) and Functional Regional Shore Infrastructure Plans (RSIP), coordinate with multiple installations, and support encroachment management and space planning.

Strong experience with iNFADS, DD1391/EPG, and SFPS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or engineering/architecture and 10+ years of planning experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with NAVFAC planning processes and related systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans and studies addressing regional infrastructure investment needs for NAVFAC.
• Develop Regional Integration Plans (RIPs) and Functional Regional Shore Infrastructure Plans (RSIP).
• Coordinate with multiple installations and manage asset data and reporting.
• Create and update BFRs and Facility Planning Documents (FPDs) as required.
• Support encroachment management, space planning, and related analyses.
