Job summary

ManTech seeks a Senior Regional Lead in Guam to direct daily operations across regional units, overseeing multiple departments and administrative functions. You will monitor performance, manage budgets, and coordinate hub-based logistics to support mission-critical activities in the Pacific AOR.

Leadership, mentoring, and a focus on theater-wide readiness are essential as you guide cross-functional teams and ensure infrastructure reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or related field with 10+ years in role.
• Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight for regional deliverables.
• PMP certification or related field preferred.
• Experience with Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt) operations.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and facility maintenance protocols regionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of regional business units, overseeing multiple departments.
• Monitor performance of subordinate teams and implement policies to achieve goals.
• Develop and manage regional budgets and allocate resources for mission activities.
• Direct hub-based logistics and sustainment operations in the Pacific AOR.
• Evaluate regional status reports to prioritize resources and ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Lead cross-functional hub leadership to resolve bottlenecks affecting theater readiness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff.
