Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or related mission areas.
Senior analytic/managerial or technical lead experience in DoD or national-security programs.
Ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and manage tasking.
Familiarity with analytic tradecraft standards and production workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage contractor personnel assigned to your region to ensure quality and timeliness of analytic tasks.
Provide senior-level regional expertise on strategic competitors, military trends, foreign influence, and geopolitical developments.
Direct complex analytic tasks and oversee quality control for team-produced products.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams in all-source research, regional analysis, OSINT, knowledge management, and product dissemination.
Serve as primary interface with government program leads to clarify requirements and align production with regional priorities.
Support crisis operations, surge requirements, and time-sensitive analytic needs.
