Job summary
Tetra Tech is seeking a Regional Drainage Manager to lead stormwater modeling efforts for municipal and regional clients in Texas. This role involves mentoring staff, coordinating project delivery with clients and internal teams, and advancing hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using leading software.
The successful candidate will develop technical reports, support proposal activities, and contribute to the growth of the national Stormwater practice while ensuring project milestones and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Lead stormwater modeling projects for municipal, county, state, and water district clients in Texas.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and technical experts on project delivery.
- Develop and review hydraulic models and technical reports to standards.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Support proposal development and client interviews.
- Grow into leadership of national Stormwater practice.
