You will direct managers and teams responsible for mission‑critical infrastructure, network systems, server operations, and maintenance to ensure peak availability and performance. Requirements include proven leadership in large-scale data center environments, enterprise IT operations, and experience with AWS cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center operations or equivalent large-scale infrastructure environments.
• 2+ years of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment experience or cabling infrastructure best practices.
• 7+ years management experience in operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Managers (3–9 areas and front‑line managers) and 100–150 hourly associates within Regional Data Centers.
• Attain organizational performance goals related to safety, security, availability, scaling, and efficiency in data center operations.
• Plan and execute strategic planning, forecasting, staffing, and performance appraisal; mentor and develop staff.
• Develop and share operational best practices globally; manage data center buildouts, colocation, and expansions including network/server rack infra.
