Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years in healthcare tech, medical devices, clinical ops, perioperative services, customer engagement, or account management.
• Experience in operating room, procedural, or surgical care environments.
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholder groups across hospital/health system orgs (clinical, operational, administrative, IT).
• Ability to travel 75%+ within the Midwest region and work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer engagement across live accounts with surgeons, OR leaders, admins, IT teams, and executives.
• Drive adoption by aligning solutions to clinical workflows and priorities.
• Analyze usage data and translate insights into action plans for adoption and growth.
• Facilitate business reviews and present outcomes and metrics to hospital stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within health systems.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to relay feedback and enhancement needs.
• Deliver training and support adoption, assisting with operational troubleshooting.
• Support implementation and go-live activities for projects as needed.
