McKissack & McKissack in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Regional Construction Scheduler to lead schedule development and analysis for major educational and public works projects.

You will supervise project schedulers, interpret drawings, review P6 baselines and monthly updates, and perform Time Impact Analyses, delivering management reports. Requires 10+ years in construction scheduling and P6 v19 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 v19 and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combination with additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Project Schedulers to ensure timelines are met.
• Interpret and read detailed construction drawings to develop work scope.
• Review P6 baseline construction schedules, identify missing scope and milestones, analyze the critical path, and provide comments.
• Review contractor P6 monthly schedule updates and document milestone slippage and critical path issues.
• Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis using Windows Analysis and document findings.
• Read drawings and contract terms to determine scope and potential time extensions.
• Communicate schedule issues with project teams during regular meetings.
• Develop and update program schedules with logic, milestones, and constraints.
• Prepare reports for senior management and attend meetings.
