Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our local stores in Idaho. The role supports repair activities within Walmart Refrigeration HVAC assets using commercial HVAC skills and various tools to complete jobs.

Requirements include 10 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, large-scale rack experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and HS diploma or equivalent. Expect lifting up to 75 lbs and frequent work at heights.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand, digital, and power tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training requirements to operate equipment safely and in line with policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
