You will conduct site surveys, calculate refrigeration requirements, and contribute to project documentation such as P&IDs, equipment schedules, and detailed specifications. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • At least five years of relevant mechanical experience.
  • PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other states.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job-site surveys and assess refrigeration needs for process cooling and building loads.
  • Assist in developing project documentation, including drawings, P&IDs, equipment schedules, details, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Select and apply system equipment for new and existing installations.
  • Coordinate with outside equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on technical specifications, delivery requirements, and quotation parameters.
  • Some travel will be required.
