Position Overview:

As a Senior Refrigeration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a geographically diverse team within the beverage industry. You will serve as the technical expert in refrigeration systems, with a profound understanding of various technologies, including flooded direct ammonia chilling and ammonia to glycol chilling. Your expertise will be crucial in designing customized refrigeration solutions, overseeing project development, ensuring safety and quality, and acting as a technical advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a geographically diverse team in alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as a technical expert in refrigeration systems, specializing in beverage industry applications.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineering License a plus.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in refrigeration systems, with a focus on beverage industry applications.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration technologies, including ammonia-based systems.
• Proficiency in PLC-based electrical controls and control interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance.
