Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/industrial refrigeration design.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Experience managing engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of refrigeration design engineers and mentor staff.
• Design refrigeration and control systems for commercial/industrial projects.
• Maintain client/vendor relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Represent the client in meetings with utilities, owners, and inspectors.
• Ensure code compliance, quality control, and constructibility of designs.
• Create AutoCAD and Revit drawing packages and site observations.
