• 5+ years with advanced refrigerants and two-phase refrigeration cycle design, modeling, and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and technical direction of advanced, integrated system architectures.
• Serve as SME for emerging refrigerant systems and two-phase technologies.
• Guide enterprise stakeholders on long-term technology tradeoffs (sustainability, performance, cost, manufacturability).
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured workstreams and lead them to adoption within Trane Technologies.
• Mentor engineering talent and develop IP for future solutions.
