Job summary

PBF Energy in Delaware is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead craft teams in daily maintenance and turnaround activities. You will supervise, plan, and execute fixed equipment maintenance with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

You will develop work scopes, estimate resources, coach staff, participate in scheduling meetings, and ensure budget compliance. Experience in a union environment, refinery/petrochemical setting, and SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of refinery/petrochemical maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience in a union environment is required.
• Familiarity with industry process safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and scheduling of maintenance work.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety discussions and reinforce company safety policies.
• Oversee safety, productivity, and quality on site for maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule and execute fixed equipment maintenance and outages.
• Prepare work scopes, labor, tools, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Provide cost estimates for maintenance projects and manage budgets.
• Coach craftsmen and contractors, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance.
