Preferred experience in midstream operations and familiarity with RightAngle, Oracle, Atlas and advanced Excel. Final compensation will reflect experience and qualifications.

JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crude Midstream Revenue Accountant III to join our Refined Products & Crude Operational Accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.

In this position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of crude accounting—from contract review and tracking product movements across assets to validating and processing third-party invoices and supporting financial statement review. You'll work closely with trading, scheduling, and treasury teams, making strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset essential for success.

Experience in midstream operations is preferred, along with familiarity with systems such as RightAngle, Oracle, Atlas, and advanced Excel skills.

Final position level and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.

Job Profile Summary

Prepares advanced level of various financial activities to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and legislation; analyzes their effect on company finances and accounting procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare studies and recommendations in areas related to finance, billing, accounting, capital expenditures, and taxation methods and procedures
• Perform calculations and/or analyses including but not limited to:
  • Depreciations (book/tax)
  • Various billings and related adjustments
  • Derivative entries and disclosures
• Assist in development and maintenance of applicable micro and/or mainframe programs used in finance, gross reporting, invoicing, billing, and various accounting activities
• Direct and/or assist employees compiling, verifying, and preparing a variety of financial information including but not limited to:
  • Governmental/regulatory reports
  • Quarterly income statements
  • Gas supply tracking and reconciliations
  • Cost of gas calculations
  • Budget
• Provide guidance, training and/or coaching to employees; assist in determining work priorities and job assignments; and monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Direct and advise employees from governmental and/or regulatory agencies, auditing firms, management, and others in areas that may include accounting procedures, various financial reports, budgets and forecasts, billing adjustments, and tax preparation and reporting. Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and applicable Regulatory Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance with specific job related experience

Work Experience

• Experience with and/or thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals, company financial accounting, and/or billing methods and procedures
• Experience in use and function of office equipment including microcomputers and applicable software and accessing mainframe applications
• Experience and/or training related to:
  • Financial accounting and reporting standards and processes
  • Economic forecasting/modeling and corporate budget functions
  • Interpreting and explaining accounting standards and/or policies
