Job summary

Outpost Red is a fast-growing, fully remote marketing agency focused on Reddit, helping brands build a genuine presence in communities with transparent, white-hat strategies.

We seek a client-facing Reddit specialist to plan programs, lead marketers, and manage client relationships across North American business hours. Must have 3+ years of Reddit experience and be comfortable working under real names.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Reddit culture; knowledge of subreddit rules and how communities react.
• At least 3 years of professional Reddit experience, including managing or reviewing others' work.
• Comfortable working fully disclosed, under real names, and hands-on as well as managerial.

Responsibilities

• Plan each client’s program: tailor playbooks, set up accounts, participate in threads, and create subreddits.
• Lead marketers: review drafts, judge tricky threads, and coach weekly.
• Own client relationships: run monthly calls, report progress, and act as early-stage account manager.

• Own the client relationship: run monthly calls, report on what was done and what's next, and act as account manager early on.

What we're looking for:

• Deep understanding of Reddit culture: personal Reddit history, knowledge of subreddit rules, and ability to predict community reactions.
• At least 3 years of professional Reddit experience, including managing or reviewing others' work.
• Comfortable working fully disclosed, under real names, and hands-on rather than purely managerial.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $72K to $212K a year plus 0.25% to 0.5% equity.
• Full-time, fully remote role in the US or Canada.
• Work during North American business hours with clients and team.
