Outpost is seeking a Reddit Marketer and Community Manager to own a client's presence on Reddit. You’ll manage branded Reddit accounts and their subreddit, and speak for the brand in the communities that matter.

This is a full-time, fully remote role. You will coordinate with the Outpost team and clients, engage communities, grow the brand's subreddit, and surface insights to guide strategy.

You will write like a person, not a marketer, and earn trust through transparent, helpful participation.

Qualifications

• Deep Reddit knowledge and culture fluency.
• Background in content, social media, SEO or AEO/GEO; agency experience is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for brands you would represent.
• Writes like a person, not a marketer, and is comfortable owning a brand publicly.
• Bonus: prior brand representation on Reddit or brand community management.
