Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced System Analyst 6 to support and maintain a REDCap application hosted on AWS. The role emphasizes application support, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, database management, security, and user assistance.

The ideal candidate has strong PHP/MySQL/Python experience, REST API development, and AWS infrastructure familiarity. A Bachelor's degree and HIPAA-conscious mindset are required, with REDCap administration or API work highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and upgrade REDCap on AWS.
• Develop PHP/Python scripts and REST APIs.
• Manage MySQL databases.
• Implement REDCap APIs and External Modules.
• Manage authentication, certificates, backups, and security.
• Coordinate with AWS, vendors, security, and business teams.
• Handle documentation, tickets, releases, and production support.
