Job summary

AllianceIT Inc. seeks an experienced System Analyst 6 to support a REDCap application on AWS. The role focuses on PHP/MySQL maintenance, API integrations, and operational support to ensure a secure, reliable platform.

You'll collaborate with AWS admins, security teams, and business stakeholders, handle upgrades, scripting in PHP/Python, and monitor performance in a hybrid on-site schedule in Lansing, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of PHP Microservices development experience.
• 5+ years of MySQL database management experience.
• 5+ years of PHP configuration and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of Python scripting for data loading and querying.
• 5+ years of RESTful API design and integration.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise web apps on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Support REDCap on AWS with user/project management, reports, and surveys.
• Coordinate and implement REDCap updates, patches, and version upgrades.
• Install, configure, and support REDCap External Modules on Linux/AWS (Apache/Nginx).
• Develop and troubleshoot REDCap API integrations and data flows.
• Serve as primary technical contact for REDCap issues.
• Maintain OIDC, AD/LDAP, and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Prepare data load scripts using REDCap tools and APIs.
• Coordinate with AWS teams on servers, storage, networking, security, backups, monitoring.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and user documentation.
