Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator in Boston to emulate advanced threat actors, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable guidance to strengthen defenses. You will conduct offensive testing across networks, apps, and cloud, and collaborate with Purple Team efforts to improve detection and response.

This role requires leadership in complex engagements and clear communication with executives. You'll contribute to tooling and stay current with evolving threats while mentoring teammates

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead red team operations and adversary emulation across networks, apps, and cloud.
• Conduct advanced penetration testing of external/internal environments, APIs, AD, and cloud platforms.
• Produce detailed reports and executive summaries with remediation recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to tooling and methodologies.
