Everforth Apex in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Offensive Cyber Operations Red Team Lead to drive strategic direction for red team engagements, adversary-emulation campaigns, and risk-based testing across networks, identity, cloud and human surfaces.

Responsibilities include planning scope and rules of engagement, designing attack chains, performing exploitations, evaluating controls, and delivering executive-ready reports while mentoring teammates and coordinating with defensive partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in offensive security including penetration testing or red teaming.
• 2+ years leading complex security tests or adversary-emulation exercises.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise networks, Windows/AD, and identity attacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-scope Red Team engagements and adversary-emulation campaigns.
• Plan and manage Red Team operations including scope and rules of engagement.
• Design and execute campaign-style attack chains using TTPs.
• Mentor Red Team operators and coordinate with defensive teams.
