Unity seeks an experienced security leader to drive offensive testing across its engine, editor, cloud services, and AI-powered tools. You will plan and execute adversary emulation campaigns, analyze risks with engineering teams, and build automation to scale detections and fixes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, practical exploit development, and clear communication to leadership about realistic risks and remediation priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in offensive security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on cloud security testing (GCP/AWS/Azure) incl. identity, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Strong web app and API security testing skills with ability to find logic flaws.
• Proficient in scripting/programming (Python/Go/C++) to build tools.
• Experience in adversary emulation/red team with defenders in purple team exercises.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Adversary emulation and red teaming across Unity cloud, corporate, and production environments.
• Application testing of Unity products and services, including web applications, APIs, engine, editor, client runtime, ads.
• Identify attack paths across multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes & containers, CI/CD pipelines.
• Test AI-native products and agent workflows for prompt injection, data leakage, tool misuse.
• Write findings with remediation plans and retest fixes.
• Develop offensive tooling and automation to scale testing.
