Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, employer brand, or related field.
• Experience owning multi-channel talent campaigns and reporting outcomes.
• Experience with CRM and CMS platforms; proficient in AI, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable with digital advertising, social media, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with Phenom, Google Analytics, social scheduling tools, Canva, SharePoint, data visualization tools.
• English language proficiency.
• Strong writing, data analysis, presentation development, and project management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and optimization of multi-channel recruitment marketing initiatives across the candidate funnel.
• Own recruitment marketing measurement across the funnel, including ROIs, channel performance, and lead quality.
• Build and present recurring reports and decks; identify trends and make optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to support field teams and align on priorities.
• Own CRM campaign strategy including audience segmentation, nurture journeys, and conversions.
• Create and manage recruitment marketing content across social media, email/CRM, career site, and other channels.
• Manage and optimize recruitment marketing platforms, CMS, landing pages, and related tools.
• Develop recruiter and hiring leader enablement materials and campaign assets.
