Figma in London is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale a team of recruiters supporting multiple business functions across Sales in EMEA. You will partner with hiring leaders to implement staffing strategies and drive top-tier recruiting practices. The role is based in our London Hub.

You’ll mentor recruiters, align resources with business needs, develop a strong talent brand, and champion inclusive hiring. This is a high-impact role shaping Figma’s growth and culture.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including 2+ years of people management and SaaS sales recruiting expertise.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive effective recruiting strategies and initiatives.
• Strong use of data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and tell actionable stories for decision-making.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs for growth.
