BakerHostetler is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to lead lateral attorney hiring for West Coast offices, including Seattle and multi-city California locations. The role reports to the Director of Recruiting and focuses on strategic growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in attorney recruiting, with partner recruitment expertise, and strong relationships with search firms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: design and implement recruiting strategies for long-term growth and West Coast partner recruitment.
• Market Intelligence & Relationship Management: build pipelines via search firms and market insights.
• Client Service Excellence: deliver high-quality service and professional candidate experience.
• End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: oversee sourcing, outreach, engagement, screening and offers.
• Interview Process Oversight: coordinate interviews, collect feedback, advise on evaluation and offers.
• Strategic Communications: prepare confidential memos and reports for leadership.
