Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for Corporate, Engineering/Technical and IT roles. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage priorities across multiple business functions while presenting Nabors as an employer of choice to hiring managers and business leaders.

Responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, offering, and onboarding across locations, with 5+ years of multi-location recruiting experience and strong ATS/Oracle Recruiting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-location, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting corporate, engineering, and IT roles.
• Proficiency with online recruiting tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and interact with qualified candidates across Corporate, Engineering/Technical, IT, and administrative roles.
• Identifies and cultivates non-traditional sources for recruitment.
• Ensure qualified candidates are hired to fill vacancies; cooperates with internal efforts to offer advancement.
• Identify high-caliber candidates from inside and outside the drilling industry.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment and placement programs with volume management.
• Develops and maintains candidate profiles and interview questionnaires.
• Complete interview assessments and offers strong hiring recommendations.
• Screen, evaluate and provide orientation of job requirements and company benefits.
• Extend employment offers and ensure compliance with checks and onboarding.
• Maintain active applicant flow tracking using HRIS and other databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and provide market insight.
• Travel to locations as needed to represent the company in recruitment.
• Assist with processing new hires and current employee documents.
