Job summary

Forward Networks is seeking a senior sales recruiter to build candidate pipelines, manage the full lifecycle, and act as a candidate ambassador for our fast-paced environment.

You will execute recruiting strategies, assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, lead offers, and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience managing a full recruiting cycle.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize candidates and roles against hiring needs.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

Benefits:

• Remote contract position.
• Hourly pay range of $85–$100 per hour, with final rate based on skills, experience, and location.
