What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse and specialized talent
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from job postings to offer negotiations
- Enhance the candidate experience through effective engagement and communication
- Collaborate with peer recruiters and share best practices to improve recruiting processes
- Provide regular updates on requisition and hiring status to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- At least 2 years of experience consulting with hiring managers across various disciplines
- Proficiency in ATS, CRM, or other HR technologies
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
