Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience at the senior recruiter level with a medium sized company.
• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record of filling roles across different areas of a business.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach to offer and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source talent using multiple channels and build a candidate pipeline.
• Create, review and provide metric reporting to leadership, including time-to-fill and offer-acceptance.
• Manage the recruiting team and ensure processes are followed.
