We are looking for a strong sales, go-to-market recruiter who is passionate about owning and managing the end-to-end hiring process between candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, PBPs, and other key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class experience of identifying, attracting, negotiating, and closing high-quality candidates to fulfill the GTM/Sales recruiting goals.
  2. Achieve TA objectives by managing the end-to-end process of a minimum of 15 roles from recruiting and evaluating candidates on a consistent set of qualifications to advising managers on hiring as well as managing all candidate pre-hire requirements.
  3. Work with the hiring manager to finalize job descriptions and qualifications.
  4. Manage the end-to-end process from kickoff to closing and offer distribution.
  5. Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups to understand business needs, staffing needs, and issues, offering solutions through creative sourcing resources and tools.
  6. Participate in regular strategy meetings with hiring managers and PBPs by providing a consultative approach.
  7. Talent Branding and Community Building: Serve as our TA brand champion, leveraging our values to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent in a meaningful way.
  8. Develop and maintain a network and pipeline of talent in a high-volume, high-demand environment.
  9. Build a diverse pipeline through networking, relationships with diversity organizations, educating hiring managers on unconscious bias, and promoting DEIB outcomes.
  10. Enhance organizational attractiveness by recommending policies, monitoring offers and compensation, and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  11. Data and Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and provide data-driven recommendations.
  12. Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented, qualified candidates.
  13. Gather industry intelligence, trends, and labor market conditions to inform search strategies.
What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing multiple high-impact roles.
  • 3+ years of sales or GTM recruiting experience.
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders (up to VP level) in a growing organization or startup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, follow-up, resourcefulness, and communication skills.
  • Proven sourcing and community building experience through channels like Github, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other resources.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners.
  • Basic understanding of equity, benefits, and perks to address candidate questions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in startup and high-growth environments.
  • Ability to sell company brand and overcome recruiting challenges creatively.
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
  • High competency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Google Suites, and LinkedIn.
