Job summary

Halluminate is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build a finance expert network and drive growth across the company. You will own the full funnel from sourcing to activation, work with the People Platform Lead, and collaborate with project leads to translate demand into a proactive sourcing plan.

The role emphasizes data-driven outbound, inbound marketing, and product work to automate sourcing at scale in an early-stage startup environment. Strong written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in growth, outbound sales / lead generation, recruiting / sourcing, or marketplace supply roles
• Channel curiosity and scrappiness: you have found non-obvious sourcing channels and test ideas
• Data fluency: track funnel metrics and CAC; comfortable with SQL or spreadsheets
• Marketing/Brand skills: create content that pulls people into the funnel
• Be a builder ready for ambiguity of early stage startup operations
• Exceptional written communication
• Nice to have: finance professionals recruiting experience via campus/on-cycle recruiting or finance-focused search

Responsibilities

• Own the expert pipeline end-to-end: source and engage candidates, manage qualification and vetting handoff, drive activation and retention.
• Data Driven Outbound: LinkedIn Recruiter, alumni networks, referrals, and paid acquisition partnerships; test channels.
• Inbound Marketing: create brand collateral, market, host community events to drive inbound interest.
• Strategic Planning: translate upcoming customer work into a sourcing plan by domain and seniority.
• Design incentives and referral programs that attract high-quality experts.
• Product Work: help build tools to automate sourcing and growth at scale.
