Job summary

Zero Homes, based in Denver, CO, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to accelerate our growth and own the talent machine end-to-end. You will engage with leaders, shape a data-driven capacity model, and drive a strong local presence at Denver events and universities.

You’ll build a warm, high-velocity pipeline for software, sales, and operations roles while partnering on compensation practices and equity bands. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at Zero Homes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup is preferred.
• Sourcing for Software Engineers, Field Technicians, and PMs.
• Familiarity with equity bands and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical, General, and Ops roles.
• Partner with Leadership to build and maintain compensation bands.
• Represent Zero Homes at local career fairs and events.
• Lead in-house meetups and networking to build a local talent pipeline.
• Track metrics like Pipeline Velocity and Time-to-Productivity.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
